The film is based on India’s victory in the 1983 cricket World Cup. In the film, Ranveer Singh essays the role of Captain Kapil Dev, while Harrdy Sandhu will be seen as bowler Madan Lal. Ammy Virk will also play a pivotal role in the film as Balvinder Sidhu.
