Ninja is best known for his song Oh kyu ni Jaan Sake, Aadat and more. He is a playback singer and a renowned actor in Punjabi Industry. He rose to fame from his song “Thokda Reha”. He received the Filmfare award for the Best Debut Male for his movie Channa Mereya as well.
Apart from all this, he has also seen struggled for this success. During his college days, he did a part time job that earned him Rs2500 per month. He is always seen appreciating and thanking his fans for their unconditional support since his start from the scratch.
In an interview, sharing his old stories, Ninja talked about his rehearsal days with Gurlez Akhtar. On a set one day, singing a chorus for Gurlez, Ninja injured his throat as he was trying to sing on a high pitch. In the process his throat got hurt and it actually started bleeding.
He added that he was so passionate towards singing and he wanted to match Gurlez’s singing that even after hurting himself he didn’t stop. He added that was a great experience for him and he had the opportunity to learn from the process. We truly admire him for his dedication.
