A piece of horrific news has been grabbing the eyeballs of viewers which reads that an Italian banker has been arrested accused for the murder and dismemberment of an adult actress. Further, it has been reported that her tossed remains were identified through her multiple distinctive tattoos.

Identified as Carol Maltesi who is 26 years old worked under the stage name Charlotte Angie. She was killed with a hammer in January but only reported missing in the middle of March when she failed to turn up at a lap-dancing club earlier this month.

There were many questions arising related to her identity. While digging more into the case, she was only fully identified when a fan of her adult content recognised her different tattoos after the police appealed for information.

Who was Carol Maltesi aka Charlotte Angie?

Angie had been identified as half Italian and half-Dutch. She lived in the municipality of Rescaldina, in the Metropolitan City of Milan, also in Lombardy. She had worked as a sales assistant at a perfume shop before the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Due to the pandemic, she was not able to earn which ultimately forced her to switch paths. She started uploading adult content to OnlyFans, which assisted her access to the world of porn. Many of her pictures were featured in Italian pornography magazines. Moreover, she also had a 6 years old child living in Rescaldina. 

Who Killed Carol Maltesi?

Carol was killed by 43 years old Davide Fontana. He has allegedly confessed to the murder of Carol Maltesi. Carol was dating Davide but their relationship ended quickly. And during the interrogation, Fontana reportedly disclosed about killing Angie in January. He also revealed that he then kept her corpse in the freezer and got rid of it over a month later by chopping it into 15 pieces and then setting the body parts on fire.

Meanwhile, Fontana was arrested on 29 March on charges of brutally killing the actress and hiding the corpse. The banker, who has confessed to the terrible crime, was expected to appear in court for an initial hearing on 31 March.
