There are many Punjabi artists who have marked their names on big screens and are now trying their hands on digital platforms. One among them is a singer turned actor Babbal Rai. He has been making headlines for his upcoming web series ‘Zila Sangrur’ which is slated to release on OTT Platform ‘Chaupal’.
Today, the makers of Zila Sangrur have announced the release date and shared the teaser of this upcoming web series. First, the poster and now the teaser has turned a lot of heads, once again. Also, the trailer reveals the key elements of the series, that it is not based on the current time zone as it gives some retro vibes. It is touted to be a crime and thriller genre and interestingly it follows a very unique concept. As wherever the lead actors went for any murder, robbery or other criminal things; they wore a mask. The teaser is a little horrifying yet intriguing.
Coming to the credits, it has been written by Gippy Grewal and directed by Maneesh Bhatt. This series features Babbal Rai, Prince KJ Singh, Raghveer Boli and Aarushi Sharma. It will be officially released soon on 22 October 2021.
