After the news of boycotts of 'Lal Singh Chaddha' & 'Raksha Bandhan', now another film seems to be in controversy.

The UP Police has registered a case against the filmmakers of 'Masoom Sawaal' following  a complaint.

The reason for the FIR is that a poster of the film shows a picture of Lord Krishna on  a sanitary pad.

An FIR has been registered against director Santosh Upadhyay & the entire team of the film on the complaint of Amit Rathore.

Amit Rathore is the president of Hindu Rashtra Navnirman Sena.

The FIR has been registered against the Masoom Sawaal's filmmakers under Section 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

Masoom Sawaal is a Hindi feature film that aims to create awareness about menstruation.

The complainants have alleged that the filmmaker has used a picture of Lord Krishna on a sanitary pad shown in one of the film's poster.

Amit alleged that this act has hurt the religious sentiments of the followers of 'Sanatan Dharma' & can lead to communal riots across  the country.

"Action would be initiated against anybody who tries to disturb peace, law and order would be maintained at all costs", said the circle officer.
