JOSKO GVARDIOL is one of Europe's most sought-after players.

Chelsea, Manchester United, & Real Madrid have all expressed interest in the RB Leipzig center-back, who  is just 20 years old.

He has remained loyal to the Bundesliga team, which is a regular in the Champions League.

And fans will have noted that the Croatian star is sporting an unusual facial decoration during their World Cup campaign, which begins  against Morocco.

Gvardiol was rushed to the hospital during Leipzig's 3-1 Bundesliga victory over Freiburg on November 10.

In the 17th minute, he clashed with teammate Willi Orban and  hurt his face.

Unfortunately for Gvardiol, he damaged his face and exited the pitch with a bloody nose.

Scans later revealed that he had broken his nose, forcing him to wear a face mask during the World Cup, which begins in less than two weeks.

"I heard he had a broken nose," said RB Leipzig manager Marco Rose.

"The eye is swollen. He looks like a boxer after 12 rounds against a difficult opponent."
