It looks like the makers of Adipurush have finally made up their minds to re-treat their big-budget film. As soon as the teaser of the film dropped, it attracted massive criticism and trolling for the film’s entire team. Based on the epic Ramayana, Adipurush stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in the leading roles.
Following the massive trolling and criticism for the film’s VFX and Animation, the makers of Adipurush have now announced a new release date of the much-anticipated film. Yes, the release date of Adipurush has shifted forward in order to make the necessary visual changes.

The film’s director Om Raut took it to his social media handles and shared the news with the fans. In the note, he announced the new release date of the film and also expressed his views about the same.
The note addresses all the fans and states, “Adipurush is not a film, but a representation of our devotions to Prabhu Shri Ram and commitment towards our sanskriti and history. In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. Adipurush will now release on June 16th, 2023.”

Following the popular doha from Ramayana Chaupai, “रघुकुल रीत सदा चली आई, प्राण जाए पर वचन न जाई”, the film’s director; Om Raut also committed on making the fans proud. As the note further reads, “We are committed to make a film that India will be proud of. Your support, love and blessings is what keeps us going. – Om Raut.”
Now coming to the credits of Adipurush, the film is written and directed by Om Raut and bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair.

Adipurush will be released in 5 languages; Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. Earlier it was scheduled to hit the silver screens on 12 January 2023, but now, as per the newly announced release date, the film will be released on 16 June 2023.
