Mumbai’s Dindoshi Sessions Court on Thursday reserved its verdict on the DNA test of Bhojpuri and Hindi film star Ravi Kishan. During the hearing held on Thursday, April 25, Ravi Kishan refused to accept 25-year-old woman Shinova Shukla as his daughter.
Shinova had claimed that Ravi Kishan was her biological father. But she also claimed that she used to call the actor as Chachu. Shinova, who claims to be Ravi Kishan’s biological father, had recently demanded a DNA test of the actor and filed a case.
According to ‘Aaj Tak’, during the hearing of this case on Thursday, Shinova’s lawyer Sushil Upadhyay argued in Dindoshi Sessions Court that Ravi Kishan is his father. There are many childhood photos of him with Shinova. The lawyer also claimed on behalf of Shinova that Ravi Kishan has been raising her since childhood. Shinova had not only demanded DNA test of Ravi Kishan, but also got DNA test done of his father Rajesh Soni. However his report came negative. This proves that Rajesh Soni is not the real father of Shinova.
During the hearing, lawyer Ameet Mehta, appearing on behalf of Ravi Kishan, argued that the actor has no relationship with a woman named Shinova. She is not his daughter. The lawyer also said that Ravi Kishan was acquainted with Shinova’s mother Aparna Thakur. Both were just good friends, but were never in any relationship.
Shinova’s lawyer Ashok Saraogi claimed that when Aparna Thakur joined the film industry and came in contact with Ravi Kishan, they fell in love. A relationship developed between them and their daughter Shinova was born. According to the lawyer, Ravi Kishan had allegedly been taking care of Shinova, but for the last few years, he started refusing to consider her as his daughter and did not even take care of her.
