Parmish Verma Shares His Weight Loss Journey With The Insta Fam

This Punjabi actor, singer, model and director is known for delivering his best work with back-to-back songs. Parmish has gone through one hell of a journey starting from his debut on the big screen with the Punjabi movie Punjab Bolda.

Besides this journey, there is another one that has gotten him on his toes and he seems to really work hard for this one as well. 

Sharing his weight loss journey with his Insta fam, he uploaded a picture of him with his trainer, Guradesh Mann, in the gym. He began his workout almost 6 months ago and till date has managed to reduce about 15 kgs. He was so dedicated towards achieving his goal that even a busted knee and a torn bicep didn’t seem to matter much.

Being nostalgic and proud he wrote, “ I remember our first workout with the 2 kg pink dumbbell. We have a long way to go. Welcome to the beginning”. The #NoDaysOff in his caption has actually gotten us wondering about his dedication and passion towards his new target.

Talking about his upcoming projects, Parmish Verma is ready to rock the big screen with his father in the film “Main Te Bapu”. This film is in collaboration with Omjee Star Studios and Parmish Verma Films and Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh is also a part of this film.
