The popular writer and filmmaker Jagdeep Sidhu is considered as one of the finest in business. He has served the fans with various superhit movies like Qismat, Qismat 2, Sufna and more. Not only in Punjabi Industry, but he has proven his worth in Bollywood too. And now, the director is all set to impress the audience with his upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Sri’.
Sri is going to be a biopic based on the life of Srikanth Bolla. The man is an Indian industrialist and the founder of Bollant Industries. He is the first international blind student in Management Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Srikanth’s biopic will star Rajkumar Rao in the leading role, and will also feature actors like Alaya F, Sharad Kelkar and south actor Jyothika in important roles.
The film was announced in November 2022, and now its final release date is also out. The film’s team has shared a short teaser in which Rajkumar Rao can be heard saying, “Main Andha Zaroor Hoon, Par Main Dekh Sakta Hoon, Sapne! Aur Sapne Main Bohat Bade Dekhta Hoon!”
Jagdeep Sidhu has always considered September his lucky month and he has been serving the fans with his most special project of the year in September. Be it Qismat or Qismat 2, Jagdeep has crafted magic in theaters in the month of September. And this time, he is ready with his much-awaited Bollywood movie ‘Sri’, which will be hitting the silver screens on 15 September 2023.

Coming to more details of the film, Sri is directed by Tushar Hiranandani who is also an acclaimed Bollywood writer. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Nidhi Parmar Hiranandani.
