After films like ‘Kabir Singh’, ‘Arjun Reddy’ and ‘Animal’, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s name has become one of the star directors. The Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer film Animal has done a business of Rs 900 crore at the worldwide box office and now the eyes of the fans are on their next film.
Sandeep has also started work on his next project ‘Spirit’ with Rebel Star Prabhas. After giving many blockbuster hits, now Sandeep’s confidence is skyrocketing and he says that his next film with Prabhas will do a business of Rs 150 crore on the opening day itself.
While talking to Baradwaj Rangan of Galatta Plus Youtube Channel, Sandeep Reddy said that “I think because the kind of budget they are putting, I feel the producer is safe. With Prabhas and my combination along with satellite and digital rights, we can recover our budget there itself. If everything goes well with the teaser, trailer and songs pre-release and whatever we do to grab the audiences attention, opening day would be ₹150 crore. It’s a trade calculation. It should be worldwide or pan-India. Easily it could be ₹150 crore in one day for a film like this if the material is good.”
