In ‘Bigg Boss OTT Season 1’, Divya Aggarwal won and the second season was won by wildcard contestant Elvish Yadav. Now there was speculation about its third season that the new season could be aired from May 15 this year.
However, a source has told ‘Indian Express.com’ that this year the makers are not making any plans regarding OTT Season 3.
According to the source, Colors TV and Jio Cinema decided that they do not want to bring Bigg Boss OTT this year because the audience of the show is currently bored of watching back to back seasons.
In such a situation, he wants to bring the new season only after taking a little gap. If you remember, ‘Bigg Boss 17’ ended in January itself and Munawar Faruqui became the winner. Now the gap between the last season and the start of the digital season is very less, so to reduce this over exposure, ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3’ may not happen this year.
However, it has also been said in the report that these things are still in the first phase. Colors and Jio have not given any official confirmation on this.
While some had also announced the names of some contestants for this season. It was told that in season 3, there was news of the arrival of Sheezan Khan, Arhaan Behl, Shahzada Dhami, Pratiksha Honmukhe, Daljit Kaur, Maxtern, Shriram Chandra, Dhanashree Verma and others.
