Tom Holland Officially Confirmed To Be Returning For “Spider-Man 4”

Spider-Man: No Way Home was among the biggest movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It made $1.9 billion all over the world and got great reviews from both fans and critics. It’s hard to envision Marvel not bringing Tom Holland back for Spider-Man 4.

During an extensive interview with Entertainment Weekly about the MCU, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige was asked if Tom Holland’s Peter Parker might return. Feige replied, “All I will say is that we have the story.” Our writers are currently putting pen to paper on big ideas for that. There are currently no new Spider-Man films scheduled for Phase Five or Phase Six. So naturally, the character could easily appear in a subsequent MCU film, as he has done on multiple occasions. Tom Rothman of Sony Pictures said more than a year back that Tom Holland would be in at least one more MCU crossover film. That might be reserved for the Avengers: The Kang Dynasty or Avengers: Secret Wars by Marvel.

Prior to Spider-Man’s release: Tom Holland wondered if he should hang up his Spider-Man costume before No Way Home. Holland stated, “Maybe it is time for me to move on.” Making a Miles Morales movie might be best for Spider-Man. Peter Parker is a significant part of my life, so I must also consider him. If I continue to play Spider-Man after the age of 30, I will have done something wrong.

Amy Pascal, the producer of Spider-Man, later stated they were working on a second Spider-Man trilogy starring Tom Holland. Pascal stated, “This is not the last movie we are going to make with Marvel, and it is not the last Spider-Man movie.” We are getting ready to work with Marvel and Tom Holland on the next “Spider-Man” movie. We’re considering this to be three movies. Yes, Marvel and Sony will continue to work together as partners. This is not the final MCU film. The statement made by Kevin Feige demonstrates Marvel’s commitment to Spider-Man, but it is unknown where the character will go next—whether in Spider-Man 4 or in additional MCU crossover appearances.

According to a Comic Book Movie, the studio has made progress on the design of Spider-Man 4, and if everything goes according to plan, they will even start filming this year. The film, which is expected to build on No Way Home’s foundation, will be made with a huge budget of $200 million. Additionally, there is even a hunch that the movie will open in theaters in 2025.

However, it has already been stated that Spider-Man 4 must be released prior to The Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars, two Avengers films. Only the manufacturers can confirm how much of this is substantial and how much is not. For more information on this and other entertainment-related topics, keep following Kiddaan.
