Ek Villain released in 2014 and its story, characters and melodies are still stamped in our hearts. The film starred Shraddha Kapoor and Sidhharth Malhotra in the leading roles and Ritesh as the main villain. And now, the makers are ready to release its sequel.
The sequel of Ek Villain is titled Ek Villain Returns and stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani in the leading roles. Disha will be seen romancing John in the film, while Tara is starring opposite Arjun Kapoor. The sizzling chemistry of the two couples is surely adding a lot of spark in the film.

It was only recently when director Mohit Suri had revealed the first look poster of the four actors and teased the fans.
And now, the trailer of Ek Villain Returns is also released. The film narrates the story of a villain (John) who kills girls who cheat or have one-sided lovers. The film will also include some massive fight sequences between Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham. As soon as the viewers believe both Arjun and John are the two villains in the film, the plot unfolds a twist as the leading ladies are also shown as villains in the story.
So who actually will turn out to be the hero and who will be the real villain, the secret will unfold on 29 July. Apart from this, the songs in the film’s trailer also grabbed our attention and we believe just like its prequel, Ek Villain Returns will also include some blissful melodies in it. Also, a new version of Galliyan can be heard playing in the background of a sequence in the trailer which has made us excited for the song’s remake.
It is not everyday when Bollywood makes a sequel and it turns out to be good or at least promising. But Ek Villain Returns has actually turned out to be surprisingly nice. We have high hopes from the film and have marked the date on our calendars already. The film will hit the theaters and entertain the fans on 29 July.
