“Heroes Are Remembered, Legends Never Die”: Urfi Javed About Sidhu Moosewala & KK

The country hadn’t yet gotten over the brutal murder of Sidhu Moosewala, that it was struck with yet another tragedy. KK, the man who defined an era in Bollywood and Hindi Music, took his last breath on the night of 31 May. He performed at a college fest at Nazrul Mancha auditorium, in South Kolkata. While initial sources stated cardiac arrest as the reason behind his death, the case is slowly unfolding more mysteries.

Urfi Javed, who rose to fame as a participant on the first ever season of Bigg Boss OTT, recently in a media interaction talked about her feelings on the passing away of the two music greats. She revealed that she hadn’t been using social media for 2 days and got to know about KK’s demise on the way there.

When asked about Sidhu Moosewala’s death, she said that “Heroes are remembered, Legends never die”. The two are undoubtedly legends of Indian music and their own fields. While once popularized hip-hop music and gangster rap in the Punjabi Music Industry, the other gave Bollywood and the country millions of hits to remember.
