On 7 May Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma had together started a campaign with Ketto India, to raise funds for COVID Relief in India.
The campaign has turned out to be a massive success and has successfully raised ₹11,39,11,820. The information was provided by Virat Kohli himself through his instagram handle.
The cricketer thanked all the people who contributed in raising such heavy amounts to help India fight the COVID situation in the country.
Virat expressed his emotions by saying that he is overwhelmed to have exceeded the set target, not once, but twice.
The #InThisTogether campaign had raised over ₹3.6 crores in just 24 hours after its initiation. And now a whooping 11 crore financial help to the fight COVID will help solve the oxygen and ventilators problem in the country for sure.
