The imaging capabilities of Nasa have unveiled the latest pictures of the giant Cartwheel Galaxy.

The latest pictures of the Cartwheel Galaxy have been captured by the Webb Telescope.

Webb’s powerful infrared gaze produced this detailed image of the Cartwheel & two smaller companion galaxies against a backdrop of  many other galaxies.

The latest images provide a new view of how the Cartwheel Galaxy has changed over billions of years.

The Cartwheel Galaxy is a rare ring galaxy which was once shrouded in dust & mystery.

The Cartwheel galaxy was formed as a result of a collision between a large spiral galaxy & another smaller galaxy .

After the collision it not only retained a lot of its spiral character, but has also experienced massive changes throughout its structure.

The Cartwheel Galaxy sports two rings; a bright inner ring & a surrounding, colorful ring.

Webb has delved into the chaos of the Cartwheel Galaxy, revealing the latest details about star formation & the galaxy’s central black hole.

The Cartwheel Galaxy is located about 500 million light-years away in the Sculptor constellation.
