Gippy Grewal’s production house Humble Motion Pictures has recently announced a big project. They have announced the making of an upcoming movie, titled, ‘Widow Colony’. The shooting for the film will start in 2021, and the plot will be based on 1984 Anti Sikh Riots.
For more information, let us tell you that, there is actually a colony named as Tilak Vihar in Delhi which is popularly known as ‘Widow Colony’ to the outside world. In this colony there are many people, especially widows whose lives are affected by 1984 riots in multiple manners.

Written and directed by Smeep Kang, and co-produced by Bhana L.A and Vinod Aswal with Gippy Grewal, this upcoming film project, ‘Widow Colony’ is expected to hit many souls emotionally.
For now, it is known that Gippy Grewal and Gurpreet Ghuggi will be featured in lead characters. This is the third upcoming film which Gippy Grewal has announced after ‘Paani Ch Madhani’ and ‘Phatte Dinde Chak Punjabi’.
It looks like the upcoming year will have multiple releases scheduled for Gippy Grewal, let us hope they all turn out to be great as well.
