The investigation into the murder of late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, has been ongoing. However, dissatisfied with the delay in Justice for his son, Balkaur Singh, father of late Sidhu Moose Wala, stated, “My son’s death was a planned murder, but the police is trying to portray it as a gang-war incident. I am now tired of the prolonged justice. If nothing is done for a month, I will leave the country.”

Furthermore, during a public address in Mansa, Moose Wala’s father said, “My son was murdered in a planned way. However, the Police want to show it as a gang war incident. I have sought time from Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav to address my grievances. I will withdraw my FIR and leave the country if nothing happens in a month. We got no justice even 5 months after my son’s murder.”
A tweet by news agency ANI reads:
“I am a retired soldier who served the country for years, I am constantly calling for justice. However, up until this point, harassment has taken the place of justice, despite our best efforts to cooperate with the investigation. Young people are frequently leaving the country now because of today’s poor situation,” he further added.
He even stated that he will wait till November 25th, if nothing happens, then would withdraw the FIR and leave the country. “Now the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been harassing girls also. The government’s attitude is completely careless! They are only concerned about the elections, nothing else. They do not care if someone’s son has died,” said Balkaur Singh.
The eminent Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead on May 29, 2022, at his native village in Mansa, Punjab. Moreover, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar and the Bishnoi Gang took responsibility for Moose Wala’s murder in a post on social media. Furthermore, the Punjab police as well as the national agencies have been nabbing various gangsters associated with the Bishnoi Gang.
However, Moose Wala’s father Balkaur Singh states that his son’s murder was planned, but the police is trying to portray it as a gang-war incident. Notably, it’s been almost 5 months since Moose Wala’s murder. Though the agencies have been continuously probing into the incident.
