Sattvik Mishra Steps Down As The CEO Of ScoopWhoop, Read To Know Why

A very shocking piece of news has come out for the ScoopWhoop and its audience. One of the founders of the company, Sattivik Mishra has announced that he will no longer be the CEO of ScoopWhoop.

Sattvik took his official Instagram handle and uploaded a post. He stated that the step has been taken due to some ‘personal reasons’. Along with the post, he also shares the reason behind the same. He said the last few months have been extremely challenging for him and his family as they are constantly getting threats and mentally harassed by an ex-colleague.

And to ensure the security of his family, he has been stepping out from his position. He also informed that Rishi Pratim Mukherjee who is a Co-Founder and COO will be interim CEO of ScoopWhoop.

The news has come out as a surprise for the audience of the platform. Moreover, Sattvik has decided to not name anybody in particular. Meanwhile, the Indian Digital Media-based company was co-founded by Sattvik Mishra, Rishi Pratim Mukherjee, Sriparna Tikekar, Saransh Singh, Suparn Pandey and Debarshi Banerjee in 2013. Except Sriparna Tikekar, other five were alumni of Indian Institute Of Mass Communication.

Speaking of the media company, earlier Samdish Bhatia, ex-host of ScoopWhoop Unscripted, departed from the firm, to which he gave the reason that he had been assaulted by a senior employee. And now Sattvik Mishra has stepped down from his position could have effects on the company.
