In a major breakthrough in Sidhu Moose Wala murder case, the Punjab police arrested one more accused, Jagtar Singh, from Amritsar airport today. As per the information, Jagtar Singh has been named as one of the suspects in the case. Reportedly, he planned to board the SpiceJet flight to fly to Delhi. However, the Punjab police succesfully nabbed him in time. With this, one more suspect in the Moose Wala murder case, is in the custody of Punjab police now.
As per the media reports, Jagtar Singh was stopped by the immigration officers at Amritsar Airport when they felt something suspicious. Moreover, they handed over Jagtar to Punjab police. Surprisingly, the accused Jagtar Singh is a neighbour of late Sidhu Moose Wala in his native village. Additionally, Sidhu Moosewala’s father, Balkaur Singh, had accused Jagtar of being involved in the murder of his son, in a complaint, after which Jagtar just disappeared.

Surprisingly, Balkaur Singh made the startling disclosure in August that Moosewala’s close buddies were responsible for his son’s murder. Singh continued by saying that he would shortly divulge the identities of everyone responsible at the appropriate moment. Singh had also stated that his son was mrurdered because of his quick rise to fame.
In the past, the Delhi Police has used the UAPA against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldy Brar, Davinder Bambiha, Kaushal Chaudhary, and Neeraj Bawana in relation to the murder of Moosewala.
On May 29, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead at his village of Jawaharke in Mansa, Punjab. Moreover, the Punjab and Delhi police detained a number of individuals, including some shooters who were reportedly involved in the murder, throughout the course of their investigation. While the Punjab AGTF (Anti Gangster Task Force) has been working actively, nabbing various suspects in the murder of Moose Wala, recenly, gangster Deepak alias Tinu’s escape from the police custody brought embarrassment for Punjab police.
However, Tinu’s girlfriend is in the police custody now, who was arrested from the Mumbai airport, and the officials are claiming to arrest Tinu as soon as possible. On the other hand, amidst the ongoing search operation to find gangster Tinu, Jagtar Singh’s arrest is seen as a major breakthrough in the murder case of Sidhu Moose Wala.
