The Punjabi Film Industry has surely geared up for the upcoming year with various big announcements. While various Punjabi singers and filmmakers have already announced their new and special projects for 2023, Karaj Gill has also officially announced his new project. The upcoming Punjabi movie starring Ammy Virk and Dev Kharoud has been officially announced.
Yes, we had earlier updated you about the film and its shooting that has been commenced already. Earlier the film was making a buzz with name, ‘Jatt Jeona Morh’ and now, it has been officially titled ‘Maurh’.

Karaj Gill took it to his official Instagram handle and shared the clapboard of the film. Earlier in an exclusive conversation with Kiddaan, Karaj Gill had revealed that the shooting of the film is ongoing in locations in Rajasthan. And he also promised the film to be a very unique project as the film will serve fans a different kind of cinematic experience and leave the audience stunned.
In the caption, Karaj Gill has also shared many details about this special project. While Maurh is going to be extremely special as it brings together Ammy Virk and Dev Khaourd together for the first time in the history of the Punjabi Film Industry, this project will also feature Vikramjeet Virk, Kuljinder Singh Sidhu, Amiek Virk and Manuel Randhawa in pivotal roles.
Now coming to the credits of Maurh, the film is written and directed by Jatinder Mauhar. The project is produced by Naad Studios and Rhythm Boyz Entertainment.

For now, no expected date for Maurh’s release has been announced, but we can expect the film hitting theaters in 2023 if everything goes well.
