The upcoming Punjabi movie Oye Makhna starring Ammy Virk and Tania in the leading roles is winning the internet. The trailer of the film was recently released and is continuing to earn love and appreciation from the fans.
The makers of Oye Makhna also treated the fans with a party mix song ‘Chad Gayi Chad Gayi’ and ruled on various music charts. And now, the film’s team has released the second song from Oye Makhna’s playlist on Saregama’s official YouTube channel.

Titled Chann Sitare, this song is a mushy romantic track that features sparkling chemistry between Ammy Virk and Tania in its adorable video. Apart from acting, Ammy Virk has also given voice to this song. Harmanjeet Singh has penned its lyrics and Avvy Sra has given the music to it.
Not only the fans but film’s lead couple Tania and Ammy Virk are also obsessed with this heart-warming song. Speaking of this romantic track, actress Tania said, “Since ‘Sufna Ammy and I have been featured in many romantic songs of films and those have become people’s favourites. ‘Chann Sitare’ is our glam version together and I’m sure people will add it to their favourite list. Acting and singing go hand-in-hand so I hope our chemistry will be lit up your mood in this song.”
Ammy Virk also expressed his views about the song and said, “Avvy Sra has given one of the most soulful Punjabi music in recent times. As a singer, the composition and the lyrics become the muse that takes you through the experience of singing the song. I hope the audiences hear that journey when they listen to Chann Sitare.”

Now coming to the credits of Oye Makhna, apart from Ammy Virk and Tania in the leading roles, Oye Makhna will also feature Guggu Gill and Sidhika Sharma in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Simerjit Singh and its story is written by Rakesh Dhawan. The film was earlier scheduled to hit the silver screens on 9 September 2022. But now the film has been pushed to 4 November.
