Karan Aujla recently dropped his most awaited BacThafu*UP album. The audience was waiting for one song, Sharab, in particular due to the song being a collaboration of Karan Aujla with veteran Punjabi singer Harjit Harman.
The song was loved by the audience to the most part but unfortunately did not go well with Sri Panditrao Dharennavar, a social worker, who filed a complaint against Karan Aujla, Harjit Harman and Speed Records for comparing women to alcohol, drugs and guns in their latest song.
Harjit Harman has finally reacted to the complaint and made an official statement through an Instagram post. The singer wrote that a few days ago, his song ‘Sharab’ with Karan Aujla became a topic of controversy . He added that he only sung a few lines in the song and said that he leaves it to the audience to decide if they were offensive or not.
Further adding, the artist wrote that his part in ‘Sharab’ is just as same as his songs have always been, the audience can even compare his previous work with Sharab. The singer also wrote that he has sung all types of songs but has never been a subject of criticism due to them, rather he has received immense love from the fans.
Talking of the legal complaint, Harjit Harman said that he will present his opinion and views if the Punjab State Women Commission sends him a legal notice. While Harjit Harman has given his statement on the issue, there have been no reactions or statements made by Karan Aujla or Speed Records.
