Since the theatres have reopened after the COVID rectrictions Punjabi film industry has paced up like never before. Every other day some exciting announcements are made regarding the Punjabi music and film industry. Now Sonam Bajwa and Jind Mahi makers have made a thrilled announcement as they have made public the release date of the upcoming film.
Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria starrer Jind Mahi is set for its release in Mid-2022 that is on 8th July, 2022. The lead actress has made it all the way public by posting a fresh poster of the upcoming movie with its release date. Just to remind you both the Jind Mahi actors have already once shared the screen in the 2019 released Punjabi film, Ardab Mutiyaran which was a huge hit at the Punjabi box office.
The shooting for the film began in September this year in the UK and both the actors shared its update through instagram posts. Jind Mahi is directed by Sameer Pannu, produced under WhiteHill Studios and Jatinder Lall has also played his part as a dialogue writer for the film. The all new poster depicts a lady and a man indulged in Tug Of War.
Sonam Bajwa and Ajay Sarkaria were one of the most loved on-screen pairs when their first film Ardab Mutiyaran was released. Now is the second time they will be appearing together on the big screens.
Meanwhile, Sonam Bajwa’s Honsla Rakh is currently doing magic at the box office and is on its way to become the 3rd Highest-grossing Indian film in Canada. She also has ‘Sher Bagga’ with Ammy Virk, ‘Mai Vyah Nhi Karona Tere Naal’ with Gurnam Bhullar and more in her basket to be released soon.
