Do You Know Mahindra Traditionally Donates Every New Vehicle At Golden Temple?

Mahindra & Mahindra is an Indian multinational automotive company which was established in 1945 in Ludhiana. They are one of the largest vehicle producers of India who never fail to impress their customers.

Mahindra as a company knows very well about their customer’s needs and what the Indian market desires.

Not only in India but Mahindra has made a special place in the global market as well. Earlier in June, the company launched its XUV700 in Australia.

This marks Mahindra’s expansion in the global market. The car was quite liked by the users there and through that Mahindra’s global presence has come out to be stronger now.

The company, having its roots in Punjab, carries on an age-old tradition which not many people are aware of. Whenever Mahindra & Mahindra launches a brand new car, the company always donates one at the Golden Temple.

Recently, a video went viral in which Mahindra and Mahindra gave in ‘offering’ the brand’s latest version of Scorpio N, their brand new SUV model at the Golden Temple as a part of their usual tradition.

Before that, the company also donated Thar and it is a common tradition for Mahindra to donate every car that they launch to the Golden Temple complex.

Earlier in 2013, while addressing the media, Anand Mahindra said “It is our company tradition that before launching any new vehicle in the market we give it as an offering at the Golden Temple”.

Not much has been known about the donation, but this humble move by the company shows how much their generosity and respect towards the Harmandir Sahib.
