Prithviraj: Trailer Of Akshay Kumar & Manushi Chhilar’s Period Drama Finally Out

All the Bollywood and Akki fans were eagerly waiting for the trailer of Akshay Kumar’s period drama film Prithviraj. The film will also star Manushi Chillar, Sonu Sood, and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles. 

Film Prithviraj is based on the life of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. And the trailer of this awaited movie is now finally out. It stars Akshay Kumar in the role of Maharaja Prithviraj and Manushi Chhillar as his lady love, Rajkumari Sanyogita. It is directed by Chandrarakash Dwivedi who has also written its story.

Its trailer shows Akshay Kumar being a fearless warrior and completely justifying the great role. On the other hand, Manushi Chhillar, who will mark her acting debut with this project, also impressed the fans with the little glimpse of her character in the trailer. The film also introduces actor Manav Vij in the role of Sultan Mohammad Ghori and features Sonu Sood playing the role of Prithviraj’s best friend. 

The trailer also teased the fans with a sneak peek at the action and drama of the film. Also, the grand sets, battlefields and costumes are another attraction in the trailer.

Prithviraj is set to hit the theaters in three languages, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on 3 June. Talking about the film, Akshay expressed,
It brings together history, patriotism, the portrayal of the values that we should live by, and also tells a story of love that is rare to find.”

Manushi also opened up about her experience working in the film and said, 

“I mean it’s my first film so it will always be special. I am fortunate that I got to work with Akshay sir, Yash Raj has launched me and Doctor Saab directed my first film. So definitely Prithviraj is very special to me.”
