Bollywood Film Industry is stepping deep into the world of biopics. The industry has made and released various biopics which earned immense love and appreciation like Sardar Udham, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Shershaah, and more.
And now, the B-Town has welcomed a new name to make a biopic on his life. As per the recent reports, a biopic on the life of Sardar Surinder Pal Singh Oberoi will soon go on floors. The project will be produced by Mahesh Bhatt and will star Ajay Devgn in the leading role. The shooting of the film is expected to go on floors in July 2022 and will be backed by Paramount Studios.

Though no official announcement of the project has been made public yet, a tweet by Sardar SPS Oberoi can be considered as an official confirmation. The man took it to his Twitter account and shared a news piece by News 18 and wrote, ‘Thank you @MaheshNBhatt for considering me deserving for this. I will always try to help poor and needy people. ‘Serving Humanity’ has always been the motto.’
Talking about Sardar SPS Oberoi, he is an Indian businessman who donates 98% of his income for the help and betterment of the needy. He is the Chairman of the Apex Group of Companies with offices in Burj Khalifa and in Dubai. He is also the Managing Trustee of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust in Patiala.
As per the reports of IndiaEmpire, His Trust has worked all over India and overseas, and sponsored brilliant children for higher education, offered pensions to old women, widows and monthly support to NGOs and infrastructural support to educational institutions and jails.
The man with a golden heart has won various awards and recognitions across the globe and is still working hard to help the poor.
More details about his biopic are still under wraps. But we are really excited and waiting for Bollywood to finally bring out his life story in front of the masses.
