Absolutely no humans are present there and the sight of this video looks creepy and scary. Some people claimed that this video is from a hospital in Uttarakhand while others claimed that this is a visual from the Jharkhand High Court. This is the kind of visual we all see in horror and paranormal films and it is definitely not meant for someone weak hearted.
By seeing the video it seems like maybe the place is possessed or the ladder is in control of some evil spirit but science has an explanation to it.

People claim that this video is from Jharkhand High Court however the claims have been rejected by lawyer Dheeraj Kumar. He said “These rumours spread very fast- an example of this is the viral video purportedly from Jharkhand High Court. This video was recently in the news with claims of being shot in a hospital in Uttarakhand. Now it is being falsely linked to Jharkhand High Court. This is a lie. Strict measures should be taken against such false rumours”.
Now coming back to the video, as per the scientists, there is no paranormal activity involved in this scene. This phenomenon is called passive dynamic walking.
According the report published in the daily Mail as quoted by alt news “The ladder is on a floor that has an incline. Someone nudges the ladder so that it starts rocking. The force of gravity working through the incline is just enough so the ladder keeps rocking but not so much that the rocking gets larger and the ladder falls over. The structure and ‘spring’ of the ladder balanced with the forces pulling it downwards”.
So basically this video claiming that it has something paranormal going on is false. The ladder moving is not an example of uncanny activities but the law of physics. Secondly it is not from the Jharkhand High Court.
