Sapna Choudhary, a name that has earned huge appreciation for her dance moves for the last few years, is now under some legal troubles. Reportedly, Sapna Choudhary surrendered herself at the ACJM Lucknow court on September 19.
In a fraud case, Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi had issued the warrant against Sapna Chaudhary, asking the police to implement it by November 22, which was the next date of hearing of the case.
However, shortly after surrendering, the court withdrew the warrant against Sapna. The court also released her from custody. The court has terminated the warrant on the condition that she will cooperate by appearing in the next court hearing.

Sapna Choudhary found herself in this big legal trouble after she was accused of not performing on a dance show after taking money. In this case, the makers had filed a case against Sapna at Ashiana police station, accusing her of cheating.
This whole matter is from 13 October 2018. Then Sapna Chaudhary’s show was organized by Junaid Ahmed, Naveen Sharma, Amit Pandey, Ratnakar Upadhyay and Iwad Ali in a private club, Ashiyana. Thousands of tickets for the show were sold online and offline, but Sapna did not reach the club.
Thousands of spectators who had come to see Sapna performing live got furious at being cheated and thus, created a ruckus. They also demanded a refund of the ticket money and accused the organizers of cheating and ransacking.

The police-administration officials who reached the spot explained and pacified the people. After all the ruckus, the organizers filed an FIR Against Sapna Choudhary for cheating and not refunding the money they paid to her.
