Diljit had put his heart into making this song as he made it keeping Gurdas Mann’s style in mind. Diljit said he was working on this song since March and when the song was finally completed, nobody liked it, and suggested to remove it from the album, as this song was sounding really old and nobody would listen to it. Even though Diljit loved this song the most and it was his favorite amongst all 16, he decided to remove it from the album.

But one day, while in the car this song was playing, G Sidhu listened to the song and complimented Diljit that this was a beautiful song. Diljit’s reaction to this was unexpected because due to this, he decided to add his song again in his album.

ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਦੁਸਾਂਝ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ ਰਿਲੀਜ ਹੋਈ ਐਲਬਮ ਜੀ.ਓ. ਏ. ਟੀ ਲਈ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗਾਣੇ ਲੂਪ ਤੇ ਸੁਣ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ ਜਿਸ ਗੀਤ ਨੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਲ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ ਓਹ ਪੀਡ ਹੈ! ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਗਾਣਾ ਪਸੰਦ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਰਹੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਓਸ ਗਾਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਇਕ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਹੈ।
ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੀਤ ਦਿਲ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਸੀ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਦਾਸ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਗਾਣੇ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਗਾਣਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਬਮ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਗਾਣਾ ਓਹਨਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਗਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਗਾਣਾ ਸਾਰੇ 16 ਗਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਸੀ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਬਮ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਗਾਣਾ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਜੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਗਾਣਾ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਦੀ ਤਾਰੀਫ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਗਾਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੇ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਇਹ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਸਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗਾਣੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਐਲਬਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਦਿਲਜੀਤ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਚੀਜ਼ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸਾਥ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
