When you hear about ‘Sardar’ what strikes in your mind, growling laughs and token Bollywood buffoon. Yes, it is right but these are the same who always stand for the help and need. As Sikhs always make us proud, this time it’s something different.
A few days back, the H&M clothing brand shared a post on their Instagram account, with a turban guy posing in an H & M short-sleeved cotton shirt. The model is named Tejeshwar Singh. He lays every Sardar joke to rest with a curled mustache and his turban that he wears with as much style as he does with dignity. Tejeshwar Singh has evoked a surge of pride in the Sikh Community. He is a fashion and lifestyle blogger, an influencer and a stylist.

Netizens feel proud after catching a glimpse of his image on the H&M Instagram Page.
This is not the first time any Sikh is featured in an international brand but in 2016 there’s a campaign where H&M Billboard in New York features Sikh Models in Turbans.
About H&M, it’s a Swedish multi clothing company known for its updated fashion clothes for men, women, and children as well. H&M operates in 74 countries with over 5,000 stores under the various company brands. It stands for Hennes & Mauritz.
