Some latest reports have claimed that Nayanthara’s new home in Chennai is spread over a massive area of 16 thousand 5 hundred square feet. The bathroom solely has been covering 15 hundred square feet of the area. Speculations also suggest that there will be a gymnasium, swimming pool and a personal theater inside the luxury residence.
Not only this, superstar Rajnikanth also lives in the neighborhood of Nayanthara’s new home. The amount of the luxurious residence is reported to be 20 crores already. And the actress is in a strong mood to spend more on decorating her dream home with the best interiors.
